COVID-19 Precautions:

The protocols for this event will be based on the COVID-19 rolling case rate for St. Louis County for the week of the event.

If the case rate is “Low” or “Moderate” for the week of the event:

It is highly recommended that participants be up to date in their vaccination status. Social distancing and masking are welcome but optional.

If the case rate is “Substantial” or “High”:

  • All registrants, volunteers and staff for the event will be required to confirm up to date vaccination status OR negative COVID test to enter the event space. Note: the COVID test must be taken at least 2 days (if PCR/NAAT) or I day (if antigen) prior to the event. A home self-test does not meet this requirement.

  • All registrants, staff and volunteers for the event will be required to wear masks at all times and encouraged to maintain a minimum 6ft social distance when possible.

We will contact registrants by email the week of April 10th with a reminder and an update on what COVID protocols will be in place.
